Hi, I’m Shabrena Brown, LPC Associate (supervised by Blanca Maldonado-Stevens, M.Ed., LPC–S, LCDC), at Resilient Rose Recovery.

Your Initial Intake (60–90 min) is a chance to connect, review your concerns, history, strengths, and goals, and build a personalized treatment plan. We’ll also cover policies, confidentiality, and communication. Please complete paperwork beforehand to maximize our time together.

Initial Intake Session: $120

I offer individual therapy as a safe, compassionate space to slow down, be heard, and create real change. My approach is tailored to your needs, supporting adults with mental health concerns, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We will focus on resilience, coping skills, emotional regulation, and value-aligned living by replacing negative self-talk and cognitive distortion.

Individual Therapy: $90

Please Note: I understand that financial circumstances can sometimes make accessing therapy difficult. If the standard session fee is a financial barrier, limited sliding-scale options may be available. A Hardship Letter will be required. Please reach out to discuss availability and options based on your individual circumstances.

Appointments are typically held at the same time each week, at a cadence we agree on (such as weekly or every other week). Payments for each appointment can be made via cash or through Ivy Pay, which accepts the following:

· Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
· Debit cards
· Health Saving Account (HSA)
· Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Please note that a 2.75% flat rate fee will be charged per transaction through Ivy Pay. You may cancel appointments at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, free of charge. For appointment no-shows or last-minute cancellations, you will be charged a $50 fee.
